What we collect

We collect the information you submit, including your name, organization name, email address, assessment answers, funding priorities, contact messages and uploaded documents. Payment providers process payment details directly. We receive payment confirmation and the contact details needed to provide your assessment.

How we use it

We use your information to provide your score, review your organization, prepare your report, reply to messages and manage the service you choose. When you finish the free assessment, we use your email address to send your results and three follow-up messages about your next steps and the detailed assessment. You can ask us to stop those messages at any time.

Service providers and storage

We use third-party service providers and software to process and store the information and documents you submit. These include Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Stripe for payments, and n8n and its configured email provider for submission handling and email delivery. A scheduling provider handles information you submit when booking a call.

We limit document access to the service you request and use private storage and expiring document links. No method of transmission or storage can provide absolute security. Please submit only records needed for your assessment, and remove personal information that is not necessary for the review.

How long we keep it

Saved assessment drafts and resume links have limited lifetimes. Draft access expires after 30 days and emailed resume links expire after 7 days. Expired access does not automatically remove documents or copies already received through our service providers. We retain submitted service records as needed to deliver the work and meet applicable recordkeeping duties.

Request access or deletion

To request a copy, correction or deletion of your information and submitted documents, use our Contact page or call 512-200-7912. Tell us which organization and email address you used. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting. We will explain if we must keep a record for payment or other applicable obligations.

Cookies

We use an essential session cookie to protect paid assessments and session storage in your browser to display free results. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
